UPDATE: Just had a comparably great experience replacing my broken phone with Nelson. This is a great Metro PCS location.

Go see Sun... he will get you hooked up with the right phone... no upselling, and he knows what he is talking about. He took care of my family with a great set of phones.

Great customer service at this location!
