RUN!! Unless you want to live in the ghetto. Model apt looks nothing like actual unit. Mine was infested with cockroaches. Extermination service did nothing. Management is solely concerned with the bottom line, not your safety or wellness. Common areas reak of hot ethnic food, armpit and abandoned hope. Apparent repairs look to be performed by a simean armed with primitive tools. Again, run!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I live here now. I can't wait for my lease to be up. They promised my carpets would be cleaned and they were horrible. The apartments are not as nice as the sample apartments. The apartments DO NOT have hardwood floors. It is turning into the ghetto with the new people moving in..might as well live in Newark! The building is so old that in the summer you loose power at least once a week when you have the applicances and air conditioners on. Stairs are a lawsuit waiting to happen. The "new" manager does not respond to my emails aboutissues I have ever! Don't believe anything they promise you. especially NOT the move in special...thats just a trick for you to get sucked in!!! Unless you like living in the ghetto, I would not rent at these apartments

Horrible experience I've had at this place. Do you know what it is to sleep with NO HEAT FOR _4 DAYS ?? Don't let them fool you by showing their model house. The real apartments looking NOTHING like it. It's much much smaller and dirtier carpets and cockroaches in bathroom. Glad my lease is Over thank god.

Let me tell you, all these reviews you read are TRULY correct to the tee. I was going to move here until all the reviews I read became a reality. For one, the move in date was 6 days late into the month of August due to the past "tenants" not moving out in time. During that time, they were busy fixing up the place, mending anything was broken, cracked, chipped, etc. I called about 2 weeks before asking them if they would be completely done before my move in date. They assured me that it would. LIES. When I got to the place (at nearly 1pm in the afternoon) they were still steam cleaning their FILTHY and badly stained blue carpets and fixing little things here and there. The back door was completely old and eroded, and the glass in the door was so loose you could just pop it out. The screen door was broken as well, and didn't even have the screen on it. They said they were having it fixed, but with all the time they had (approximately a month and 6 days) it should of been done already. This was just the tip of the iceberg. Tim, the shady hussler he is, said that the only difference from the model room would be the dining room and kitchen, would be shorter in length. No other room would be different. Well as I walk upstairs, my room and the bathroom were also cut of length as well. 21/2 feet off. May not seem like a lot, but the rooms walls were covered with either windows or obnoxious doors that swung way to far out. It was so small that I couldn't even fit three pieces of furniture in there. The parking outside is HORRIBLE and no offense, but the area looks real rough. I'm absolutely glad that I didn't move in here, but it's unforunate my friends did. I don't trust that place, and nor should you! It's all a scam, so don't go for their $99 application fee, no security depost, first month rent free bullshit. It's one of those scenarios where it's "Too good to be true!"
