Athena's Nails

Had a completely horrible and embarrassing experience. The technician for my pedicure Yetty, treated me horribly, chatting with the technician beside her while actually petting my leg with one hand, yes, that was my 'massage'. I stopped the service and proceed to have my manicure by someone else, who was great, when I went to pay and said that I had not completed my pedicure the manager called over Yetty and confronted her in front of me all the while blaming me and saying that no one ever complains about her. The manager belittled me in front of other guests and caused a scene. I would never give this place my money again (yes, I paid for my entire 'service' out of sheer embarrassment). I work in the spa industry, I'm an esthetician, and this is not how you treat your clients.

i am a steady customer for years, I went with my daughter and she got a gel manicure which was terrible and they cut her finger pretty bad...I spoke with the owner that was rude and was screaming over me....She doesnt stand by her cutomers by any means....I would never step foot in anyone of her stores...She is not a business woman!!!!!

Very good place for gentleman. I enjoy coming here early because the wait usually is intense. I thank Ms Anthena for everything she does to make me feel comfortable.

I love this place. It's unbelievably clean, and the prices are fantastic. I rate it "Very Good" and not "Excellent" for the long waits. I even have to wait when I have an appointment (for a mani/pedi or pedicure). But it's usually worth the wait. I do wish they took appointments for regular manicures.
