Horrible customer service. I dropped my wedding and engagment band off to be saudered. When I picked it up my white gold was yellow and my center diamond of my ring was cracked! Very noticeable. They must have swapped my diamond! Owner Is a crook!!! Never go there!! Not happy!! I might need to seek legal action concerning my center stone if it is not resolved.

THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!
My wife brought my sports watch in for a simple battery change.
After swimming I noticed that there was water inside.
On further inspection, I noticed back of watch was not fully closed!
Wife brought back to Atelier and got an attitude from (owner?) Antonio,
but he agreed to fix.
Got watch back and it is completely ruined!...part of face and numbers were "rubbed" off...I guess in an attempt to "dry" it! Also the second hand was broken in half and bent! When I returned to question Antonio about it, he abruptly started pointing his finger in my face and completely denied it...saying that the water "melted" the second hand!?
I am now stuck with a ruined watch!
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! THIS MAN DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT
CUSTOMERS!!! HE IS ARROGANT AND DISHONEST!
