I have dealt with Jimmy for over 15 years. Trusted him always. We brought my husbands wedding band to him to have one made for myself being mine was damaged years ago. When we went to pick up they did not have my husbands band and the band handed to me was to big for me and to small for husband. After 8 weeks of waiting I pick up husbands ring that was only to be copied to find out they cut the ring to my size and when they realized they made an error instead of owning up to a mistake they lied totally lied about everything ... Took husbands ring to another Jewler that SHOWED us where it was cut. This broke my heart. These people are NOT to be TRUSTED!!!!
