The dispatcher was looking at me straight in the eye and didnt get me a cab. I was outside waiting for over 15 minutes. I came back in after those 15 minutes and i walked in to him eating junk food. I asked him if the cab was on there way and he said "wait until im done eating"and he also said he doesnt serve black people. I dont know what a "CHANGO" is???? But he called me that. Its too bad, i was gonna spend hundreds of money and in and out of town but I decided to go to another service. I made sure i got his name because he was so disrespectful to me and my race, i believe christian. He looked young as well. Bad car service..

The worst. They told me 8 minutes and never showed up. When I called back the put me on hold without getting back to me. DONT USE!!!!
