My first visit to this store was a very unpleasant one which resulted me in switching a lot of things. Anyways, I went to that AT&T store for a specific reason which was to ask a question about my device. I was associated with the AT&T asurion insurance plan and had made a phone call prior to making my visit. The asurion insurance company promised me a ceritified new iPhone because my other one was from the asurion company and the man from the company told me to go there S I did, and I was unwelcomly greeted by a name of "Balik" im not so sure how to spell his name, but he seemed like a nice man around his mid 50s. So as I walk into the store, I tell him about my situation, and he immediately tells me that the store does not do replacements for my phone and with a harsh attitude told me to have a great day. I was at first confused, and I asked the man if I can speak with the manager. At first, the man declines my request, saying that the manager will say the same thing that he said. Well, I told him that my reason to speak with the manager is not about that, my reason was your ignorance and the disrespect that I have received from this sales man. He later says the manager is not avaliable and give me a business card for the manager. On the business card, he has, what I can assume from, is the real manager from that store. He crosses out the name and writes some other guys number saying that this is the manager. As I was dialing the calls, he was criticizing me and started saying rude remarks to me. I heard one and he said,"How do you come to an AT&T and expect a new phone without any knowledge of what your talking about? Stupid." Once he called me stupid, I stepped in and told the man to stop or else I will have to call the police due to his other remarks that are not appropiate for a review. I was unable to get a hold of an asurion staff member, so I left the store and as I left the store, the manager confronted me saying that they do not do replacements because they are not able to. The manager was very polite and he offered me different options to replace my phone.

This is a experience I will never forget and I certainly do not recommend this AT&T store.

I see very unethical practices. Not welcoming, untrustworthy, overall the environment is like dealing with the mafia, not a business. Go elsewhere, very bad customer service and support. The staff has no knowledge and tries to have you call 611 on your phone to speak to att on the phone.
