A standard AT&T store, there is a bit of a wait to see a representative but not anything unreasonable. I spent about 20-25 minutes total to get a replacement SIM card.

Such cavalier and uncaring customer service is difficult to find. Although their corporate customer service had told me I could return the product I had purchased at any AT&T store they refused to do it, and refused to even look at my account. Stay far far away.

I was there yesterday and I can say it was a very pleasant experience and everyone in the store was very attentive they hooked me up with new phone and iPad!
