This place is mostly employing idiots in the name of AT&T customer service professionals. Half of them have no clue about company's current policies and offerings. Other half are too busy fixing issues that they hardly have time to see what is going around. Instead of fixing the core issue these customer service professionals rather divert the topic to entice you into buying their crappy tablets, ipads, iphones, laptops and god knows what all. This place is not recommended for anyone who is serious about getting his AT&T related issues fixed. Better off going to other AT&T centers.

Pathetic service!
Device and services which I never signed up for were added to my account. The store wouldn't pick up phone... When I visit them at store, they ask me to contact customer support while, customer support directs me to store.
ISSUE NOT RESOLVED YET!
Reps were rude and provided wrong information.

I wish I received the guys names working right now! They were amazing. It was the first time in so long that I received such hospitable top notch service. The guys were so kind and helpful while I was unable to charge my very outdated iPad and needed to access it for grad school class work! Thank you guys so, so much!

Great customer service.. Will was very knowledgeable and helpful. I love how the manager's interact with their reps.. Best visit I ever had at a att store.

Liars and fraudsters. Agree with all one star reviews. I spoke to representative and manager to make it clear, i want to buy phone with full amount and no contract. They blatantly lied and sold me phone with 2 year contract. Bill delivered in a month mentioned contractual oobligation. When contacted store I was told nothing can be done as 14 days period is gone. Despite asking all question and assuring they understand, this is what this store does with customers. Never even visit.
