Bad exchange policy on accessories. Only 14 days. The store would not exchange a case that was tried for less an hour, but kept beyond the 14 day period. The case was too slippery for arthritic hands. Went back to store with case (in new condition) and original packaging to get something a little easier to grip. Despite spending $1,300+ on two new phones and accessories the salesman would not Exchange the original case for something easier to grip. They said the computer would not allow it. Pay attention to the fine print of your receipt and purchase your accessories elsewhere. I would not do business with this retailer again. To the owner, if you want to distinguish yourself from big box stores, offer superior customer service to your local customer base.

Please be forewarned: the owner of this store is very dishonest. He tried to charge me, without asking consent, to install a screen protector on a new Iphone 6 Plus--even though he saw I had a Griffin Survivor cover, which had a screen protector. He then surreptitiously charged me for insurance on five new Iphones, on the bill the next month--even though I never asked for it. Finally, he accepted four Iphone fives on a trade-in, and promised us $100 for each phone, but then never gave us a credit on the bill. When I called AT&T, they put me on hold, and called him, to challenge him. He claimed, falsely and fraudulently, that he didn't give us the credit because he had given us a "store credit." Yet he never told us that in the store, and we never bought anything there under the claimed "credit." In fact, there was no store credit; that was absolutely false. AT & T actually told me on the phone that he was not following its own protocols with regard to insurance and trade-ins. When they asked him for written proof of his claims, he claimed he did not have that in his store. Yet they told me, on the phone, that he was "dishonest." Please do not allow the AT&T store to treat you the same way. Buy elsewhere. Please help put out out of business such dishonest AT&T vendors. Thank you!

I went in to get info about the iphone 6. The sales agent sold me on the next Promo and said i get a free LC Tablet with my order, all i would have to do is pay the 10 dolars per month for the tablet wifi. i waited to the week he said it would take to get my phone and then I get a weird call saying my tablet promo wasn't accepted, and i could just come get my iphone with the tablet or order another. BS- He gave my ipohne to someone else and screwed me. Then tried to twist my head up with some BS sales lye he cooked up.

These people have always been most helpful to me. When I damaged my phone they set me up an old phone until the replacement came, no charge. Also they are always looking at the account and new deals being offered to save money.

Bought a Note 2 from here a few days ago, everything worked fine except for the ambient light sensor. The owner offered no advice except but to keep the phone and deal with the problem until the Note 3 comes out. When I asked if I could exchange it, he pointed out the restocking fee wasn't AT&T's typical $35, but a slyly hidden 35% restocking fee in a wall of text on their posted returns page in front of his register. In retrospect, the phone I was sold never came in a sealed package either.
Also, when I got home I checked my receipt and saw I was signed up for a $6.99/mo insurance plan and something else for $3.99/mo, two options I was not signed up for previously.
Finally, when I came in to get a SIM card from this store originally, the owner claimed if I bought the SIM from him for $25, I would receive a credit from AT&T on my next bill for that amount. I came in two days alter, and called AT&T in front of him, and the customer service rep told me they found no notes under my account. Finally after I told him I wouldn't pay for the phone unless I got that credit, I had to wait 45 minutes for him to sit on the phone with customer support and convince them to issue me a credit. All in all, it took me almost three hours and missing an appointment to get my new phone activated that day.
Lesson learned? Go to a company store or a Best Buy, and avoid these authorized retailers. Could a bad phone, me being signed up for unwanted services, and not being issued a credit for that SIM card have been a coincidence? Sure, but I would not send a friend to get a phone here. I mean what store charges a 35% restocking fee?
