The staff at the at&t device support center in Queens are phenomenal, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They fixed my phone in minutes and had me on my way. Thank you to at&t for providing this service and not requiring me to send my phone out and being without it for days or weeks. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

This place is the worst. Had a problem with my phone and went there. Was told problem is the battery. The person, Jon, ordered me a battery and had it sent to my home. He said if the problem continues to give him a call after I tried the new battery and he would replace it for me. I had the same problem with the new battery. So I called back and asked for him. Some guy who claimed to be the manager was very rude and would not let me speak with Jon. He told me they could not help me and for me to call customer service. That is no way to treat customers that are paying for a service provided by your company. They get one star because there is no option to give no stars.
