Store hours are posted as open until 9pm on weekdays, but when I got there at 8:48 they had already locked the door. Even though they saw me knocking, the two people visible on the floor told me they were closed. Blatantly wrong, there were still customers inside the store, and I was standing right next to their posted hours that said they close at 9!

The only store in whole of the NYC area to have Lumia 920 on the day of release. Was pleasantly surprised to discover a very big show room (on par with Apple stores) with what looks-like every smartphone available on display.

Customer service was very good. While waiting for the phone to be activated another customer wanted to replace broken phone case, rep replaced the case even though it was 1 day past due warranty period.

At the end of transaction rep walked me to the door and thanked me for the business. What more can you ask for?
