Everyone was very helpful. I worked with an excellent representative by the name of Sebastian.

(however it is almost impossible to telephone the store on the telephone, which is so sad)

The incompetence and lack of product knowledge at this location is unheard of. Go online or to a different store instead of dealing with the incapable staff.

I disagree with both reviews and I'm glad I ignored them. If you visit this location ask for an associate named Geri. He is knowledgable, friendly and went out of his way to assist me. I can't speak to the others working there, but this guy was a pleasure to deal with.
