I have NEVER been more inconvenienced in my life. Right now their line is busy. I have been trying for TWO days, in person and on the phone, to get a refund because they sold me a charger that did not work. Ridiculous. Our company uses ATT and I am going to ask them to switch. THE WORST.

These guys are not a real AT&T store, and they have no scruples. I had bought an unlocked tablet (a Google Nexus 9) that I simply wanted to add to my current plan (my current plan had no contract) and they went and put the tablet on a 2 year contract without telling me (probably so they could earn some commission or something). When I wanted to deactivate it a few months later, I found out that I would have to pay a huge breakup fee for a device that was never supposed to be in a contract (that is the main reason people buy unlocked devices - so they dont get stuck with a contract). I went back to this place twice in person, and 1.5 weeks later they still had not rectified the situation even though I visited the store twice, and when I called them after the 1.5 weeks they kept giving me the run around. I eventually had the situation fixed by calling AT&T, and the lady at AT&T told me that in the future I should avoid stores that are authorized resellers and stick to real AT&T stores...

All the comments on here are from people who are just butt hurt about AT&T. The actual representatives in this store are very nice and knowledgable... I never write reviews either just had to counter all the negativity on this review forum

Could not imagine a more difficult place to deal with.

Under the AT and T Next plan, I upgraded my phone to a newer model and left the older model with the manager of the store. When I was charged for the old phone not being returned to AT and T, I called customer service and referred back to the store. I proceeded to call the store five separate times and reached five separate employees, all of whom were different and claimed that they had no idea what I was talking about (for reference, this store is tiny). Each promised to call me back within 24 hours with a resolution to the issue; none did.

Finally I reached the manager, who told me that they had lost several old phones meant to be sent back to AT and T. He promised me a resolution in 24 hours. After that time elapsed, he promised it within 48 hours. No resolution, no callback. Finally AT and T called me demanding the payment and after an hour on the phone with them they resolved it.

This is a cliche "I never write reviews but I had to this time" deal: This store is awful, the employees are incompetent, inefficient and rude on the phone. Could not imagine a worse experience. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

This was the worst experience with customer service I ever had! Besides being robbed!

I went there because I lost my phone and I wanted a new one (I had insurance). They convinced me to not use my insurance, but instead change my plan, which at the end would be much cheaper.

I used to pay $100/120 per month on my phone. After changing wit them my bill was never less than $180. I called every month and they said that it would be credited back to my account, which never happened.

This last 2 months things got worse, I was getting bills of $200/380 per month. I called them daily and they woulnd't call me back. I went 3 times to the store with the last 6 months bills compared with the ones I had before changing with them. I detailed everyhting on the paper, showing the difference. Mike asked me to leave it there because he was going to look closely. He lost it!

Anyway $400 extra dollars later today I decided to close my account with ATT and NEVER see these guys again in my life!

STAY AWAY! Seriously!
