I have been going here for years and now the service has gone south. They try to hoax you into buying unnecessary items. They also informed me of policies and when I spoke to AT&T they said it was not true. Service is slow and the worker named David stated I would get the phone by 1pm the following day however 2-3 days later I still do not have it.

I was greeted amazingly I felt like I was with family and they listen and assist me phenomenally

Workers here were exceptionally polite, and the service was top-notch. They were looking out for our best interest; you won't regret coming here.

Avoid this place at all costs, they are nothing but scam artists. I went in to purchase an iPhone 4s which they amazingly had in stock. When I arrived I find out that they would not sell me the iPhone unless I purchased a "mandatory" case and screen protector.
Little did they know that I was going to purchase those items anyway including a bluetooth in car speaker. So I decided to take my business elsewhere based on principle, not only did they lose a customer but the additional sales on the items I wanted to buy. Eleni 11/18/2011
