The employees in the store are not very helpful. They are incompetent and not very knowledgeable in regard to assisting a customer with general and fundamental needs. I walked in the store and everybody was sitting down playing on their phones. They barely acknowledged me with the exception of one female employee. I asked an employee how to transfer my contacts from one phone to another. He told me he did not know. I asked him when a specific merchandise (accessory) would be in stock he again replied "I dont know" It gave me the impression that he did not want to wok in an environment that requires helping and interacting with customers. After all, he did look like an old man. My friend went in there with a broken iphone that was out of apple care warranty and the stupid old man tells her to go to the apple store anyway even though her apple care was expired, along with the fact that she has mobile insurance. Many old men aren't very tech savvy. My question was, what is he doing working there?. The At&t store in Harlem is much better. I think most of the places in Parkchester are filled with pathetic excuses for high end establishments that are always out of stock on merchandise and filled with lazy employees, including footaction and macys.

I will add that I had another bad experience with them today 2/10/14). The males that work in there are complete assholes. They all need to be fired. The females are professional at the least. There is one spanish guy with a stupid haircut that was ten seconds away from needing a dentist. He had the nerve to lie to me about having merchandise that I wanted to purchase. The manager was worse with his midget ass. I think his name is zimmerman or some shit like that. What a surprise! I guess all assholes have the name zimmerman. They probably retaliated against me because of my negative reviews on the store.
