Amazing experience. Vladimir was my ATT rep and I could not have gotten more lucky. Unfortunately I had lost my phone and was in to get a new one. There was no wait and Vladimir immediately sat down with me and made my experience quick and painless. Not only did I walk out with a gorgeous new iPhone6, with a case and screen protector.. He was able to help me with lowering my bill and took his time explaining every option available to make my life easier. Very much appreciated since technology is not my thing. If I have any other questions or concerns, I would gladly go back to this store again.

Have been trying to call the store for the past 2 hours. I've called 7 times and still no one's picked up. Also I was second in line for the iPhone 6/6+ and we were told that there would be 6, 6 pluses available before they closed the store and I continued to wait in line for about 10 hours. When they opened the doors in the morning they had 0 SIX PLUSES a and only 128Gb black sixes. What a waste of time and space being a corporate store and all.

I had a most horrible experience at this location.
I had been experiencing problems with receiving certain text messages, and have been advised over the phone by at&t customer service to go in to any store and have my sim card replaced. I traveled 45 minutes to get to this location as it is the nearest corporate store to me. I was first helped by a rep who logged into my account, asked me some questions, and said that she will indeed have the sim replaced.
Another rep came over then to chat with her, and he proceeded to come up with a whole list of different causes for the problem, (giggling the whole time, perhaps being showy) even though I told him I was advised by customer servise (after a whole inquiry that took days which the first rep mentioned she saw on the account, so obviously he knew) to come in and have it replaced. He was SURE the problem was with my phone (even though some tests were done by cs) untill I finally convinced him that I had tried the sim in another at&t phone. Finally he said he couldn't help me because the authorized user was not present, even though it was our family plan, and I even offered to have the authorized user call in (which my brother had previously done in another store). Plus, the first rep also knew I was not the authorized user, but (she was also all giggly and) by then she was already on his side and denied she ever said otherwise.
I then proceeded to call customer service, who said that I can have it replaced if the authorized user would call in. He even posted a note on the account to have it replaced, in case they would still give me a hard time. I went back in, and with the note and all, they still refused!
I then called customer service again to have them speak to the rep in the store. He said that he is not authorized to speak to them and give any orders, but with the note in place, it is quote: "clear as day what they must do" and "it sounds like they're just giving you a hard time". He advised me to ask for the manager, and just ask for the card (without activating it, in case they're just to lazy). When I went back in, the first rep was already chatting with the manager, so I knew I probably didn't stand a chance.
They came over, and the manager just repeated that I cannot get a new sim without the authorized user present. When I told him what the two cs reps had said, he seemed to be about to give in. But he then turned to the rep, and she protested in rapid chinese. so he still refused!
btw, this is the first negative review of any business I've ever written.
