In August 2014 this Realtor came with a prospect tenant for an apt I had for rent.
The broker show a credit profile report for the future tenant with a score of 817, two pay statement from his job with a semi-monthly gross payment of 3,750.00. Additionally, his supervisor phone # plus three coworkers as references.
The claimed yearly salary was $105.000. He has not public records and was 6 years working in the same place.
I believed the paperwork brought by ASTORIA HOME REALTY,INC and accepted this tenant who paid his rent in August and September. In October 2014, stop pay his rent and in November he said that he will not pay neither leave.Thus I decided to verify his references.
ALL THE DOCUMENTS BROUGHT BY THE REALTOR ABOUT THE TENANT WAS FALSIFIED. His real score (Experian) is 504, there are civil actions against him, the phone # of his job is false as well as those of his supposed coworkers. He never work 6 years at that place.
I went to ASTORIA HOME REALTY, INC to complain and they promised the next day to offer the tenant a more economic place were to move. I wait for the Realtor but he did not appear.
The following day I returned to the office having the same answer. Next day waited without the Realtor showing. At the third day in his office he said that I need help from an Attorney at Law to give the tenant a 30 day notice of termination.

I DO NOT WANT ANYBODY TO HAVE THE SAME NIGHTMARE THAT I HAVE AFTER ENTER IN THE OFFICE OF ASTORIA HOME REALTY, INC.
