The Best Cosmetic Surgeon in Staten Island - Dr. Heller is so kind and he really made me feel comfortable - other Doctors did not seem to listen to me when I asked for naturally looking breast augmentation - but Dr. Heller did - and he gave me new boobs without a visible scar - I saw some Doctors before and after photos and you could see a terrible scar - why would anyone want that - YUCK - Dr Heller u r the best -

Waste of time! My first appt. I was told when I arrived the Dr. would be at least an 1.5 hrs late. Second appt. when I refused to provide my social security number and sign a consent form for medical procedures unrelated to the laser hair removal procedure I was seeking, the nurse said she would not have a consult with me I would need to schedule yet a 3rd appt. with the plastic surgeon who runs this store front practice. She categorized my refusal to comply with her requests for unnecessary personal information as agitation. It is obvious this place caters to a lower income clientele that is more likely to blindly comply with the requests for info. It really makes me angry that at a time when identity theft is so common, people still ask for your SS # when there is no need for it. The service I was seeking was not reimburseable by my insurance company and was to be paid for in advance, there is no need for me to provide my SS #, then trust that this little store front business is going to secure my info. If you have an education and would like to get the services offered here, go elsewhere. This place doesn't respect your time or your right to privacy.

I just received Breast Aug last tuesday. Ten years ago I had implants done that ended up looking horrible! So the second time around I wanted to do so much research before seeing any surgeon! Dr.Vitolo is the nastiest man ever...Dr.Greenberg looks at you like you are a $ sign only and I could go on and on about the Surgeons they say are the Best. Based on the reviews I read I decided to meet with Dr.Heller. I don't go buy pricing with doctors I go by my instinct. He is so HONEST,calm and sweet! I loved him and booked my surgery to re do my implants right away. The surgery went unbelievable.His staff is excellent! My new implants look spectacular!!! And he worked very hard on fixing the mess I had! He sculpted them beautifully!! I would HIGHLY recommend him! You will not be sorry you did! Good Luck!
