Terrible. I called to make an appointment and tried to explain to the person who answered the phone that I would to check my working schedule cause she kept throwing appointment dates at me. I kindly told her if I can call back to check my schedule. She seems to have an attitude with me.

great doctor! very kind and caring, he made my delivery as comfortable as he could and guided me through my first pregnancy and delivery, he was always a phone call away! I would recommend Dr Mark to all new moms he is a patient doctor... by the way my name is not Jennifer Lopez lol
