The worst furniture store!! Don't go in! Sales people so rude to you far to face and over the phone!! Don't shop there, there are so many other places to go and spend your money!

Ordered an L shaped couch in Mid December, we really loved it so we decided to wait the three weeks for delivery (it was during the holidays.) Alas, our couches arrived only they didn't fit into our stairway to get into our apartment, they charged us $90 to disassemble it. The part of the couch that was able to fit was brought up. Waited again for delivery....... and the same issue happened. They didn't disassemble it properly. They refunded us our $90 and today is when the other half of our couch is supposed to be here. They don't give you a time estimate, so I guess you're expected to just sit home all day. Sales guy was great! I love the furniture at ashleys but if I ever order from here again, I will request that the furniture be disassembled and pick it
up myself. So frustrating, almost two months with no couches! Update: Today they were supposed to come, I waited around all day and they claim "missed delivery." Please save yourself the stress and go elsewhere........

Customer service sucks !!! The delivery man made me waste my time and made me lose my day at job today, hope they never come back again and send someone who does their job professionally and left the package unattended, they damage the plan as a surprise

Never buy anything from this showroom. I had the work customer experience from this seller. I bought few furnitures worth $2500 from them and they send me furniture that didn't match what I saw on the floor.

I had to pay 20% restocking fee to return the items and lost the shipping charge on top of that ($700). I had to live with the over sized furniture for another 2 weeks as they were not willing to take it back

After calling them multiple times they came and collected all the furnitures but credited only half of the amount back in my account. I have been calling them every day but they give the standard answer: WE WILL CALL YOU BACK or OUR SYSTEM IS DOWN NOW.

I recently bought a sectional from Ashley Furniture in Linden, NJ. A wonderful gentleman by the name of Daron Smith helped me pick out my couch and table and gave me an amazing deal. I could not have asked for better help. He was moving tables around the store and changing the set ups and spent a lot of time with me making sure everything was perfect. At the time of delivery, I was unsure if everything would fit and in a matter of a few minutes, this sectional (with the swivel chair) was set up in my apartment beautifully. Delivery came right on time, I was the first stop for delivery. These couches are comfortably, beautiful, fashionable and are easy to clean, especially with my dog. I could not have asked for a better experience and I recommend Ashley Furniture to everybody I come across. I also recommend Daron Smith to help. He was incredible.
