There's no return policy, once you accept it upon delivery.
You are stuck with it PERIOD, NO buts ifs or maybe.
Even if you discover a flaw 5min later. Once you Sign the delivery paper work.
You can't return it back...Awesome way to do business with a MAJOR furniture store.
BEWARE for SALEMEN
What happen to us was, a false promise from a saleman on a piece of furniture.
The piece in question wasn't displayed in the showroom and
The saleman said they had what we were looking for online.
MAJOR concern, saleman barely knew how to operate the online service and
Display the picture the size of a cellphone which was blurry/fluzzy at best.
AGAIN promising that's exactly what we were looking for.
Based on this "promise", we shop for the WHOLE SET.
That's right, we spent over 5k together. Got the chairs, buffer/china set.
They were GLAD to accept our cash and deny payment in sections. FISHY
Upon delivery, everything was fine till the Table came in.
THE very piece that the saleman PROMISED us that was what we were looking for.
NONE and I repeat NONE of the designs on the table match the set we brought.
The ONLY thing that match was....the "color" of the wood. SERIOUSLY!
You can't find one design or pattern that ties this table to the rest of the set.
Even though they're label in the SAME style and sold in the same set/category.
This is quite a designer FLAW or they simply had some extra furniture and threw them in.
Do you really think a Major company like this would have a designer flaw...Dont think so
They were cutting corners and instead of making a new alternative style of the table...
They reused a "Discontinue" table in the set to save a buck.
THAT'S THE TYPE OF PEOPLE YOU'RE DEALING WITH!
Long story short, We rejected the table like any sane person will do cause it doesn't match with the remaining 4k furniture we brought. Talked to Customer Service that day and they said they made a mistake and she "KNEW" which one we were talking about.
Let me remind you this...SHE AN EXPERT on the particular table in question.
She said, they can deliver the correct table in 3 days.
SO any SANE person will do was accept the full set minus the table.
Now the table comes in and its the same table in the showroom that we disliked,
Hence we went with the alternative style online...GREAT
HERE's where you know they don't care about us, the customers.
The saleman in question admits the fault that the table doesn't match the set.
EVEN the sale manager (SCOTT) knew that the table doesn't match...
You would think they would take responsibility and take the delivered set back and allow us to exchange it with another pedestal table set... EXCHANGE!!!!
We're not even asking for a RETURN, we just wanted a match set...how hard it that?!?
NOPE, these people stuck with the NO RETURN POLICY even though it's their fault this mistake happened.
FUNNY thing was...IT was like they wanted you to receive the set in separate orders so if you so happened to accept some of the furniture, they know you're stuck with them and they can now bully or disregard your concerns.
