Artistic cannot refinish in the field (staining and painting) every door and window we have ever sold, so we recommend very high quality re-finishers in your area that we have worked with in the past. They have the expertise to provide a top product and use the recommended products that were originally provided with the product.

Several years ago we purchased beautiful custom front doors from Artistic. I couldn't have been happier with them. They were worth every penny we paid. After years of weathering and two hurricanes, they need to be refinished and readjusted. I called them to ask for sevice and they refused to help me. Aparently, they don't repair or service their own products. With these kind of doors, I wouldn't want to let anybody touch them other than the people who made them. I wanted to pay artistic to come out and refinish them so I knew the job would be done the right way. Rick would not even get on the phone to give me a referral of someone to do the work. As if the $24K we paid for the doors wasn't worth his time. Bottom line is...yes, they make beautiful doors but don't count on them to service their products or treat you with respcet.
