Worst body shop ever, I left my car to have a bumper replaced and they never followed up to confirm if It was fixed. I went to retrieve the bumper and it was damaged worse then when I left it, the front grille was missing and they didn't bother to find it or fix it. He claimed to charge me for storage and that "it is not his job to babysit the parts to a customer", the mechanic spoke in Spanish as I tried to keep the conversation in English. He was rude and yelled at me over the phone for simply asking for my parts back since the shop hasn't fixed it nor given me an estimate after 3 months. I believe no-one has time to chase behind a body shop as much as he doesn't have time to "babysit" auto parts.
