The hot chocolate here is unbelievable. I normally only drink Mexican hot chocolate, and am pretty picky about my hot chocolates, but the one at this espresso bar is some of the best I've ever had! Highly recommend. And there's fresh squeezed orange juice, huge plus. One of my favorite stops in New York

$4.50 or so for a cold brew. It would be nice to be able to read prices before ordering. No wifi. Cafeteria style.

So what I saw here today was shocking. I am sitting in Aroma, observing my surroundings when I hear panic within the workers.
Why? Because an employee who was out on delivery got HIT BY A CAR.
Luckily a STRANGER helped the boy back to the store.
The poor boy was carried in the store, arm is shaking, limping, with blood streaming down his face.
why this review ? Hmm... Because aroma didn't send the boy to the hospital. They bandaged him up and his mother came in!!!!!!!!!!
I hope aroma takes care of the medical bills !!!!! Because I know for sure a minimum wage job would take hours for me to pay of a hostipal bill!!!!!!!!!!

The food was utterly disgusting. Our expectations were very high as we came it because it looked up to date. I had a BLT and the bread was soggy. My family members had lemonade and it was watered down and simply tasted like lemon water. Another one of us had a cheese danish, it had no flavor and no cheese was found in or on it.

Nice coffee shop. Good vibe. I bought just an iced coffee. So I don't know how the food is. Good price for my iced coffee. Clean uncrowded and has wifi and spots to charge your electronic devices.
