- Terrible #38298

I don't know what his painting is like but he signed a contract to advertise with us, allowed us to design and publish his ad and then canceled his credit card before he was ever billed. When confronted he said he didn't like the ad (which he had approved) and said he would pay if we changed it. So we changed it and ran it again and he still refuses to pay. VERY UNETHICAL. We got swindled and lost money
