Ms Tracy Jones, we apologize for your inconvience at our shop, but you left out a couple of key facts that our readers should no about..1. Your insurance company had your vehicle towed to our facility, we are a very busy shop for your specific company ranging between 60-70 cars a month. 2. When your vehicle is towed to our shop and you are on a 3 way call that is recorded u are clearly told that your vehicle will be dismantled for your adjuster to right the proper estimate, you are also told by the office staff that before we can put our hands on your vehicle u must sign paper work that can be either signed by email, faxed or you can come down to sign in person. 3. Your vehicle came in on 1-9-2016, you were contacted again for the paper work to be signed to begin dismantle 3. Our in house appraiser contacted you and clearly made you aware that the vehicles get there estimates written in the order they get towed into the shop 1-9-2016 you came down to the shop to have your vehicle removed from our facility to have it brought to another shop to be fixed...today is 2-10-2016 and the vehicle was picked up not even being at our shop for 24 hours, I understand that things need to be done quickly, but if we have no signature to begin repairs or an estimate from your insurance company we can not begin repairs 4. It is not our responsibility to write you an estimate, your company had the vehicle towed in to our shop with your permission, now if it did not get done fast enough for you, again we do apologize, but we need to list the facts before we can talk bad about a place we went to and did not even have the car repaired...5. The process of repair is clearly explained to you by your insurance company before it is brought to the shop for repairs. Again we do apologize if this was an inconvience to you, but before we leave neg feedback we should get the correct facts together our body shop has been standing strong since 1978, and will be around forever

Worst repair shop I have been to! 2 days they had my truck and not one person at the shop called to give me an estimate, a status anything. Also....be careful...they will try to have to sign off on something approving payment without giving you an estimate. Ive had my truck towed from here and will never go back

I just so happened to be in the office picking up my vehicle as this gentleman was picking up his Audi, as soon as he walked through the door he gave the two ladies trouble about what he owed them, that the amount was incorrect and he needed to speak to the manager. I think that him speaking to the two ladies he thought he could get over on them, Let me start off by saying he was rude not only to the girls in the office but in front of us the customers, how do u curse at two ladies trying to do there job, in front of a women customer and another gentleman sitting waiting for his vehicle. As I walked outside to get into my vehicle I heard him speaking to the manager, I overheard him telling the manager the a chip on the door handle was never there, after the manager denied this being part of the accident the man then spit at him....lol...I do not no how the manager kept his cool but he then kindly asked the man to leave...I stayed just to see the action, the manager told him if he did not leave he would call the police
I have to say my experience at armandos was great, car repair was excellent washed detailed and I recieved text messages about the progress of repairs, this is my first time there at armandos and it was a great experience for me and my car repair, that person that left the review really needs to calm him self down before he gets himself hurt or in trouble......as a women business owner we go through many different situations daily, I never hope this rude obnoxious man never walks into my place of business, we need to see the positive things people do for us and try not to focus on the negative, this man needs God in his life to save him from all the evil spirits he has in him....I thank you again at armandos for the great work xperience I had

WORST CUSTOMER CARE & SERVICE !!!

I'm writing this review no sooner I stepped out from this so called ARMANDO AUTO BODY SHOP at Passaic, NJ. I had already been enough patient but couldn't stand the guy from the body shop for another second when he said I did not knew how start my OWN CAR ...!!!!! I own a Q7 and as we know Q7 is key-less, but this guy with I-Know-It -All attitude yelled at me saying I need to start my Q7 by pushing/injecting the KEY in the key socket and that I need learn how to start and drive MY CAR.

Seriously WHAT THE .........!!!!!!!!

Simple words the customer service SUCKS here. IT IS NOT WORTH TAKING PAIN TO GET THE CAR SERVICED, AS THIS PLACE IS FAR FROM GOOD TO BE MANAGED BY SUCH IRRESPONSIBLE, MANNER LESS, OBNOXIOUS STAFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This guy at the body shop was rude and arrogant. The kind of tone and attitude he carries, man I can say no one was, has been or will be happy with any service at this Body Shop.

There was a no proper communication, they never met the deadlines nor were bothered to finish the given work. My car needed part replacement and patches of paint and the ETD given for this was 4-5 days. I never got any proper response on when my car would be ready for pick up. They kept postponing the date and when I showed no further interest in listening to any excuses, they finally asked me to come down for the pick up.But to my shock and surprise even after 10 days of long wait the work was incomplete and unsatisfactory. When expressed my unhappiness about the service - instead of accepting the fault or apologizing for lousy work, this guy started arguing that it was not his job to do everything and since I was not ready to wait another day, I get what I asked for....and if I need better results will have to wait again till tomorrow. I could not believe that after 10 days of long wait all I get is - Attitude and Tantrums????? I just lost it - Couldn't help myself yelling back - " Is this the standard of your service and professionalism!! Firstly you make me run around saying the car is not ready ...not ready.. not ready. After waiting for 10 days the work done is incomplete. Thirdly throwing an unacceptable attitude that this incomplete work was result of my push. HELL NO!!!!!!"

I don't remember when was the last time I had lost my temper. I would have accepted to wait another day to get the work done, was not a big deal but the guy showed no sign of apology or acknowledgment of his mistake and now it was kind of a big deal. I said to myself this place was not worth taking the bullet for the second time.

I immediately called GEICO and unlike the body shop, GEICO was sorry for all the trouble, they apologized for what I had to go through and assured me that they will take care of the incomplete work with no extra charges.

I wish I had read the reviews for this Armando Body Shop before choosing this place. Would have rescued myself from this unpleasant experience.
WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE.

They did a beautiful job on my car and gave it back clean. Hard to find a shop of this caliber. A+++
