I had surgery in the office on August 10, 2015 and had follow up appointment on August 28, 2015. I received a bill on December 26, 2015 - I called the office to see why it took four (4) months to get a bill. The billing person Chandra was nasty and disrespectful. The doctor does great work but the billing person leaves a lot to be desired. She gives his office a bad look. I have used the doctor twice and her was great but because of Chandra I am not sure I will have any more contact with the doctor.

Dr. Ostad came to my attention several years ago as I researched a surgeon who could do Mohs surgery on my face. Another dermatologist sent me to him telling me he was the best she had every known. And, this is true. Due to the extent of the problem, the stitches ranged across my nose and face. Today I have not scar and no recurrence of the problem.

He has sense cared for me as these issues continue to arise on other areas of my skin.

He is caring, thorough, and knowledgeable. My trust in him is complete.

I recommend him highly with no reservations. And, his staff, from the front office to the back, are an extension of him. They exude confidence, interest and care.

I just competed another visit to the office today and came away with the same sense of total confidence and satisfaction in my visit.

I have had nine Mohs surgeries with Dr. Ostad. He is excellent. I trust him very much. He explains what his doing very clearly. The nurses are very good. The last time when I saw him, I had to wait one hour in the waiting room for my appointment. He has too many patients and he runs very late.

I just turned 62, so there were the Laugh Lines and the Crow's Feet, but my real issue was that I was always tired-looking, in desperate need of a nap! Now I've had my fair share of cosmetic dentistry, so why not some cosmetic dermatology?

My Consultation with Dr. Ostad was very thorough and informative. Dr. Ostad took the time to explain the products (Botox, Voluma, Juvederm) and the recommended procedure. And I was especially impressed with Dr. Ostad's realistic, unexaggerated expectation of results. I was looking for subtle, yet clearly defined results. Which is exactly what I got! I'm extremely pleased with the results and the overall experience, beginning with a highly professional and cordial office staff.

His staff is knowledgeable and professional and I have had nothing but the most wonderful care under his supervision. Thanks to him any and all my concerns have been
addressed whenever I see him. I can call with a worry and he will fit me in that same day and when advisable address and remove the many skin cancers that I make without delay.
