DON'T BUY FROM THEM!! They manually change prices and then tell you they can't do anything about it. Now, I have the receipt they gave me and ask them the honor the better price. What a joke. The guy is rude say he'said going to charge me today's price loud and nasty. I told him that his receipt show 1.64 a gallon with today's price not 1.77 lIke you guys say. Oh, and by the way, they charge you first before they even bring oil. Then they said the trucks print out the wrong price, how am I suppose to know that when I'm going off of the receipt. They don't give you the better price, they give you the price they want. I called the weights and measures for my county and he explained that the drivers cannot manually change the price on the receipt it has to be what's printed out. He called them and then called me back and told me to call them because they're going to reimburse me the difference. I called them andown again spoke to the guy and he said he's going to go back on all my recepts and charge the price that was on the previous ones. So, of course I said how's that when ithe was explained that it's illegal to manually write on the receipts. That's what was explained to me by the weight and measures gentleman. People need to work on their customer service skills. I'll pay the higher price at the oil company as long as they're not nasty.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS OIL COMPANY....My mother has Contacted ELIZABETH on numerous occasion for a refund for about $48.00 and was told on one occasion the check was mailed out. This was in the beginning of December. This money was owed to us about 2-3 months ago. After we called for a follow up on numerous time my mother was told ELIZABETH will call her back and has not done so. ON December 31, 2015 we contacted ELIZABETH and the receptionist picked up and said ELIZABETH is there and will call back (NOT SURPRISE) WITHIN minutes we had someone else call and asked for ELIZABETH and she was immediately put on the phone. WE finally spoke to ELIZABETH only to be told that the check was just put in the mail yesterday and we will receive it within the next couple of days.
Then KATHERINE (NOT sure who she is but in another comment her name was mentioned as the VP) said she will personally deliver the check if it is not received on SATURDAY JANUARY 9TH 2016. so once again it is a waiting game. The problem with this company seems to be miscommunication . If they just would of said it takes many months to process a refund, it's understandable, but to keep telling someone your going to call them back but dont that saying that your customers aren't important. Customer satisfaction doesn't seem to be priorty window when their customers are in need of a refund.

Dont deal with them, what a headache. One of the supervisors, Keith, is rude and condescending, and there communication is terrible. Still waiting on a refund from them after days of calling and being essentially ignored. I hope they actually refund me what im owed. smh Im goin back to LongHorn.
