- Poor #109014

Looking at the reviews shows a lot has changed 3- 6 years ago. There is absolutely NO parking for residents. Residents need to park where visitor parking is which can be a hike to your apartment. Also a towing company comes to make rounds and tows your car if you do not renew you daily or weekly visitor parking pass WITHOUT a phone call. Towing cost is 175 plus 45 a day. The available visitor parking is by trees where your vehicle gets covered in bird droppings and berries DAILY so you are never driving a clean car.
