My blue diamond pool cleaner has been fixed here many times over the past few years. They have great service and quick repairs for the lowest price.

I had my aquabot fixed here recently and I was happy with the quick turn around time and great service

Went to their web page. Their hours were to 6PM. Arrived at their store 5:15 PM. They were closed. What kind of a business operates like that? They did not indicate on their web page they would close early today? They did not leave a phone mssg they were closing early. I left early from work to get here on time.

Will do business elsewhere.

this place is a rip off . because they are one of only a few places that fix pool cleaners they think
its open season on your wallet. brought my cleaner in to be repaired they told me I need all new drive belts and tracks etc. I had told they I put all new stuff on they day before , and that's not the
problem but they didn't listen, they called with the estimate after 5 days the estimate was 219.00 with tax a fair price .
if you need that stuff done. told the guy that's not the problem he said if you don't want it fix its 75.00
just to look at it . so I said fix it. pick up the cleaner after another 9 days I think because I gave him grief on the phone he moved me to the bottom of the pile. got it home and it did not work same problem as when I brought it in. called them they said it work fine when the fixed and tested it which was a out and out lie. Then he said that
my motor was going and that's why its not working . I said why didn't you tell me that when you gave me the estimate he said that if I told you that you would not of fixed the cleaner and I would lose the repair job.so they give you a estimate to fix your cleaner but they don't tell you everything
what's wrong just the stuff they know how to fix so they can make there money. Took off all the parts they put on put back all my old parts tighten some screws with the motor and fixed my self after they
tried to sell me a motor for 333.00 plus labor, I don't have any problems with my motor. There are other places that fix theses cleaners but sometimes you have to mail it to them but they do a much better job and give you more for your money and guarantee there work. Aquaquality pool & spa does not even guarantee there work.BEWARE
