DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! Spent $2544.99 for appliances which have a 10yr warranty. 2.5years later the freezer stops working and after going back and forth between Appliances Connection and the ASA warranty company, they conveniently could not find the warranty number.
Appliances Connections say they generate a new number, ASA says it must be the original one. Both parties disagree so I get no warranty!
And this was supposed to be an upgraded warranty because the appliances took 3 weeks to get delivered!
According to the warranty company there are often issues with this company.
I originally purchased thinking I was saving money but the joke is on me! Erik, Richard, they are all nice and say they will get the warranty number until I 3 way called the warranty company and she once again said those are not warranty numbers and THEY WOULD HAVE THEM IF THEY HAD REGISTERED the warranty!
STAY AWAY! You get a 30 day warranty from Appliances Connections and that is it! That is what used appliance centers offer. Very disappointed!

I can kick myself for not reading the reviews before I buying from Appliance Connection.
I placed my order back in FEBRUARY 2016, was immediately charged & was told the item was in stock.
It's Almost SEPTEMBER, no items received!! I am told (again) the item is in transit. If not received this time, I am suing because they have my $$ (over $1000 )BUT HAVE DELIVERED NOTHING!
I have ALL documentation of the bogus lies and excuses in addition to about 7 different ETA date changes and will raise hell if the items arrive damaged. I ordered accent chests with mirror front drawers. I will pursue litigation and also post on social media for as many to see as possible as well as contact my local news CONSUMER REPORTER for BROADCAST. Appliance Connection will regret ever having taken my order, I promise you. I refuse to accept such substandard treatment and be stolen from at the same time.

I was pleasantly surprised with the communication and speed of delivery.
I was really bad customer - I've asked them to change the model of LG washer & dryer 2 days after placing the order. Guys on support line were able to accommodate and the delivery was lighting fast... I've also got a white glove delivery - these things are HEAVY, especially the washer. And of course you will have a better chance to refuse delivery in case of any damage.

Ordered a bed in May and the ETA for it to be shipped out has now changed 10 times. It is now scheduled for August 25th so its been 3 months since I placed the order. And I can guarantee once that date gets closer, it will change again. I talked to customer service and they said they have no idea when it will be available and they won't know. They also have that bed listed as "Quick Ship" which apparently means, "IF the item is available, then it will ship out quickly." according to the rep. Pretty misleading since I've waited 3 months for a quick ship item. Also, they define "ETA" as being that the item is currently in transit from the manufacturer. Which obviously isn't true unless the UPS driver has been lost for 3 months straight.

Very happy with the product, the delivery, the customer service. Really pleased to know this is a family run business. Not only did they have the best price, but I got personal service, and the knowledge behind it. Very responsive when I had to get the insurance certificate to my co-op managing agent. I would go directly to them for my next appliance purchase
