Apple Store

Came to store unable to hear anything from phone. No software issues. Tech at genius bar tried cleaning the receiver. I left unable to hear anything. Tech gave me other options about new phone. Got home the receiver works great. Thank you Mr.Tech.

Everysingle Apple Store I have been to has high quality costumer service, for some reason the one on ridgehill somehow makes it very difficult to service people. I have had almost every generation of iPhone and I went to the store to buy a Mac book and to swap out a defective lightning cable, which literally takes 5 minutes or less, and they sure took care of me for the purchase but didn't have anyone available to switch out my cable, because they need a specialist to get a lightning cable from the box and to put my defective one on another box. They said all the genius specialist were booked and I had to set up a Genius Bar appointment in order to see a specialist to EXCHANGE the cable with a functioning one. The next AVAILABLE appointment was 4 days later, mind you I don't live in Yonkers and don't have the flexibility to make it at all of the hours. This is literally the worst Apple Store I have been to and will try my best never to come to this store again, they just care about taking your money and not so much making sure they help you with everything you need.

Yonkers store is empty 6:30 pm on a wed before Christmas. No one around to help me buy a phone. Waited around in a line with 10 or 15 others. No one shows up to help. Waited for a while and walked out. The greeters standing around did not seem concerned. Going to try BestBuy or Verizon.

My appointment was for 5pm and I arrived 30 minutes early. I was checked in and the floor person in charge of appointments came over several times to assure me my time was drawing near. Finally, 5 minutes before the scheduled time I was ushered to he Genius Bar and someone was waiting to assist me. I spent about 15 minutes there and despite my disappointment that my issue could not be resolved,; I was happy with the service.

Sean was helpful and patient. My family liked Sean O. and so did I. If he knew something he shared and if he didn't he found someone that did. Helpful, respectful, and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Finally my family loved this story better than the one in midtown.
