Apple Store

I brought my macbook pro in for diagnosis today and was surprised by the absolutely exceptional customer service I was provided with - it was truly above and beyond. I've been into Apple stores many times before, but this experience was far better than I could have anticipated.

To the store management - you have some exceptional people working for you. One gentleman in particular, with his distinguished eyebrows (you know who I mean), is an enormous asset. Well done in hiring and retaining him. Please post the photo of him smoking a cigarette on the Hillary step - a story like that requires substantiation.

I made an appointment here for the Genius bar to get the back-camera on my iPhone replaced, as I believed some debris were stuck in the camera housing, and there was a slight crack on the bottom right corner on the screen. I made an appointment for 6:30, got there on-time, but was seen at 7:10 - that was my only gripe at the time, but it was crowded, so I understood. Once I was seen, the members of the Genius bar was fantastic. They seemed genuinely concerned and willing to do whatever they could to help out. They didn't kiss my ass, they told me what was what and I like that.

They took the phone to the back, and told me to come back in an hour. I did, and was greeted with a brand new iPhone under warranty, as the debris were caught further into the phone than expected. Great staff, very knowledgable, and I wasn't slapped across the mouth with any condescending-facetious-superiority-sarcasm-I'm-smarter-than-you-because-I-work-at-a-computer-store bullshit; my questions were answered, I smiled once, and hands were shook. Great store.

Hard to find these days.

I purchased an iPhone from there today for $300! This is the best deal I've ever received and I still can't believe it! They're having a sale as of right now. I highly recommend this store!

Ask for Dashawn Smith! He's a great employer and also does the deals and negotiations.

I love the guys who help me and my son at the eduction open sessions. They are very good instructors plus they understand our needs. It is a pleasure being helped and learning new things.
