MUST USE THESE GUYS, Service was outstanding. Way above and beyond what I expected. So much time was spent on my project that I was concerned about the price. Lo and behold, I was blown away when handed a bill that in no way reflected the amount of time involved.

Very bad people. They don't care. They work slow. Too expensive. And in the end - very low quality.

This copy center is fast with okay quality copies. But I had one good and one bad experience with it. First time I went there to make 200 copies. The guy there charged about 20 dollars, which is very fair. I was happy.

So, I went there next time for scans and copies. This time there was a lady who I felt a bit deliberately rude from the beginning. She told me it will cost 10 cents for each page of scan and print, and 10 dollars for copying to my USB. While 10 dollars just to copy to usb is ridiculous I agreed to pay. So far not bad. Now after scanning and printing is done she charged me $31.60 dollars. I asked did you pirnt/scan 200 copies. She said this price is for whatever she did, and did not tell me the exact count. I thought maybe she is right, and I believed her, I did not count how many pages.

Then I went home and thought I should count. I found that she scanned, copied and printed 120 pages. That means I should have charged 22 dollars only. Then I called her to tell that I was overcharged. And she said that its their policy to charge for time. What? Charge for time how much? How many dollars per minute? Nothing was mentioned beforehand. I was not worried about my eight dollars. I understand that it takes time and it is a boring job, and I would be perfectly willing to pay if I were told that before. But I don't recall she telling me about that ***hidden cost*** before doing the job. She says she did tell me during the middle of the job. I also told her that the last time the guy did not charge me for time. She said "You were lucky that time". Huh, going to this center is like a gambling? Besides, the quality of scan was not very good: a few pages were cut off, and a few pages were missed to be scanned. After some discussion on phone she hung up.

Any extra charges should be told with emphasis beforehand.
