do NOT bring your clothes here. They WILL lose your items and regardless of whether you provide them with original receipts for your clothing (which, who the hell has), they won't reimburse you for the clothes that THEY lost. This place is so poorly run that it's laughable. They lost two of my (brand new, high quality) items and it took the owner 8 months and almost 37 phone calls later to give me just half of what I paid for my brand new items that I brought there. I even walked in there one day to confront the owner and he acted like he didn't know anything about the situation (meanwhile his store manager was telling him that he knew exactly who I was and how much he owed me). Same thing happened to a friend of mine. It's truly a disgrace.

The service is great and the quality of cleaning matches.
As I was getting out of my car they were getting my garmets. I walked in and they said your good to go Roman and pointed to the rack where my suits were hanging.

I have to agree with the other comments. This placed is awful!! Twice now I have picked up clothes and they are not clean. The price is cheap but so is the quality and service.

Avoid at all costs!!! After picking up my dry cleaning in early June, I noticed I was missing my suit pants (i.e. the jacket was returned, but the pants were not). In addition, another customer’s shirt was included in my pick-up. I returned this shirt and asked about my missing suit-pants. I was told to expect a call later that afternoon. Surprise… the call never came.

Over the next 2 months, both my wife and I contacted and visited this dry cleaner (at least seven times) to follow up on the missing pants. Each time, we were assured a manager would call us later in the day. During this whole ordeal, there was never an apology. Rather, we were made to feel as if WE had inconvenienced the company. This dry cleaner also has a reimbursement policy (I believe its 10 x the dry cleaning fee) for any lost items, to which they did not follow.

We are not wealthy by any means, and now I’ll have to purchase a new suit (which will also require tailoring). It’s amazing how the $2.50 dry cleaning fee will turn out costing me upwards of $350.

This is for the Parsippany, NJ location. Horrible experience at the location this past weekend. Spoke to the owner today who was very nice and tried to make it better and offered me store credit. Sorry, but you can keep your store credit - I'm not sure why after what I experienced and the clothes looking worse then before I dropped them off, that I would bring more clothes there. Still not a happy customer - you can keep your store credit. Would never recommend this place!!!
