- Excellent #133093

Anthony has moved to a place on 4th ave betw 22nd and 23rd. I have been going to him for about 1 year now and so happy that I have found him. I have blonde hair which he colors so perfectly. he does a great cut and blow out and always follows my direction on how short or how long. Faye
