Steve the owner is a descasting human being. People do work for his restaurant and he doesn't pay them. I'm one of them, my husband worked so hard to fix those gold and brown booths and the two big beige chairs upstairs. He left us with a balance of $2000 for one month now.... going back and forth and today he had the nerve to tell my husband that he never intented to pay him.
Don't eat there his food probably stings like him.....

The food here is very good. It's basically a fancy diner. They have a room upstairs for parties with good service and attractive pricing.

I will start by saying that I do miss the smaller, more intimate Annadale Diner.
With that said, this new building is beautiful.
I will preface that you need to be diligent when requesting a table. Three times before I have been passed over by other patrons, because the hostess had forgotten us. Not very cool when Staten Island has so many choices.
I did return for lunch recently with a friend and it was a pleasant experience overall

The Annadale Terrace along with the Woodrow Diner are tied for 1st place in my book. The absolute best food on the Island. You will never regret going to this Diner to fill your belly. Delicious food and great service.

Love the atmosphere, great clean place to take the kids and family. Great drinks portion sizes and very fancy plates... Owner did a great job upstairs with the party room and rooftop lounge area.
