Ann Nail Salon

I've gone to this nail salon for years and lately it's been a horrible experience time after time. The Asian ladies allow the nail techs to pick n choose who they service. They staff is rude and will talk about you in their language. The quality of work all depends on how they're feeling that day. The lady who does pedicures in the fist chair has the worst attitude. She will refuse to do your feet if you're not one of her regulars. I'm disappointed in what this place has turned into. I will never go there again.

I have been living in the neighborhood and been to this place several times. The staff work and behavior quality has gone worse. I made a comment about the quality of putting the nail polish to the lady doing my nails and she started acting crazy. I refused to pay the tip and in the end the owner asked the tip for her. It used to be a good mani pedi place but not anymore comparing to other close nail salons.

Great. Quick, friendly, accommodating and well done. Mani pedi for $20 and affordable gel manicures. Would definitely come back

WORST PLACE EVER DONT EVER GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE !!!!
I had to get a quick pedicure and this is the only place near my job. The minute I walk in the lady was extremely rude she rolled her eyes at me, she did a horrible job and on top of all that she asked for a tip. When I didn't tip her because she did a bad job she yelled at me and said to never come back because I was cheap. I always tip because I have learned most people live off tips but I couldn't this time she did such a bad job. This place had the worst customer service.

I've gone to Ann's Nail Salon twice for mani-pedi and both times were excellent experiences. The salon was CLEAN, customer service was impeccable, the staff was kind and respectful, and they each took pride in their meticulous work without taking up all of your time (for a reasonable price $20). I live in Brooklyn, but I have officially switched to this nail salon for my mani-pedi needs. Just FYI, there is $20 minimum if you use your debit/credit card. Enjoy!
