Great, casual, low-key sports bar. Good beer, free popcorn, and it's a GREEN BAY PACKERS BAR aka A GREAT PLACE!

Sticky floor, free popcorn, whiskey shot and beer special, awesome bar tenders. Some people won't like this bar, you won't want to hang out with these people.

I went to Angry Wade's because I found out it is a Green Bay Packers bar. The bar itself is quite narrow and mostly is standing room only (at least on a Sunday during football season). They did seem to prioritize the Packers game but that is about the only thing that made it stand out as a Packers bar. There are better Packers bar options in NYC.

Angry Wade's is a local dive bar with a decent selection of beers on tap, a wide selection of whiskies, and of course the free popcorn! There's a projector screen and a bunch of TVs around so you can watch the game, and during those times it can get a bit crowded. The bar is also dog-friendly, but please, for the love of all things amazing, don't feed the dogs popcorn. It never ends well.
