I can't really rate based on dealing with any of the attorneys. Because I wasn't able to get that far. But the receptionist who answers the phone, the absolute rudest person you can speak too. She'd cut you off mid sentence huffing and puffing. Then her response is I don't know who called you so I guess just wait and see if they call you again? Really?? That's how you deal with clients? There are many attorneys on SI. I'd rather go elsewhere where you're at least treated with some respect.

My experience with Alan G Karmazin will be hard to sum up in such few words as he has been and continues to be such an irreplaceable positive part of my recovery, but I think it is imperative for people to understand how great of a lawyer and human being he has proven to be and why you will never be anything less than satisfied and impressed with his work.

I suffered an injury several months ago to my back and unfortunately with no fault of my own my back has never been the same.. my way of living had definitely took a turn... From the moment I met Alan, I felt confident in trusting him. He surpassed any expectation I could have had for work in this field. Relentless and tireless in his fight for justice, the knowledge and experience he has in the field, his pursuit in covering every detail and striving for perfection, his ability to connect and go the extra mile, all proved to be just some of the reasons I've never ceased to be thoroughly impressed by his skills in his trade. If you or anyone you are ever unlucky enough to be a victim of injury in his field, I would recommend him without even a second thought/without a shadow of a doubt....
Thank you will never be enough, but I wish him continued success and his efforts and work are inspiration for me to fight harder each day and be successful myself.

I give Angiuli & Gentile high marks for professionalism and caring for their clients; at least that was my personal experience. Mr. Karmazin handled my case with consummate professionalism, and his knowledge and experience was very reassuring.
Enough can't be said about Ms. Mercado, who worked tirelessly, and amassed and sorted through more paperwork than I care to remember. Phone calls were always promptly returned, and any issue that arose was handled both quickly and graciously. She never gave any impression that she was bothered or otherwise put out, no matter how much work she was doing on my behalf. I will always be grateful to Mr. Karmazin and Ms. Mercado.

I have been working with the firm for a couple of years now on three different cases. Everyone has been most gracious, courteous and always responsive. Mostly I have been working with Stefanie Demario who has been a pleasure. She is always quick to respond and takes the time to make sure I understand everything with regard to my cases.
