Angel Tips Nail Spa

I received a $25 gift certificate . I had lost it and when I had found it the date was past the 6 month expiration. I called to see if I can still use it. They told me that the value was only $10. I did not and will not ever go there again. it is not like they lost money. who are they to take away from me a gift that was money towards their business. not professional business and customer satisfied.

If I could give no stars I would. I have lived in the area for 5yrs and this place was my go to for pedicures and gel mani's when I got them done professionally. I was there just last week for a pedi and mani (no polish). I haven't been there since This past Xmas. Before that probably over the summer. Those last 3 times have been absolutely terrible. The owner sits in the back watching tv while she lets the other girls do everything else. They barely speak English and gave me the most horrible pedi I have ever gotten. Not only that but the one girl destroyed my cuticles So bad they're still peeling and bleeding. Filed my nails way too short. I don't even want to go back to complain I'm so mad. Save your money and go to a better place.

1st time was ok, I wasn't impressed. She said the gel tips will last for 1 month. One week into it, 1 felt off. I went to get it fix and she asked " what did you do?" as it was my fault. I asked her to cut my nails because they were getting to long and change the nail polish. she used a nail clipper to butchered my gel tips which included my own new nails growth and refused to changed the nail polish because it was glittered, in her words "It doesn't come off.". She didn't even filed the sharp edges and then said $10.00. She asked if I want to add tip to my card and I said no, she asked "what about the tip?" HERE is a tip, Close your shop!
She butchered my nails and there to asked for a tip, the nerves.... I ran to Sally's beauty supplies and purchased everything I need it to fix them at home. NEWS flash, I was able to changed my nail polish. This place deserves no star, but that its not an option.....

Horrible, horrible service! I went around 2pm one day and this lady Rosalie was horrific. She left me for about 15 mins to go do other stuff and she didn't put the right size tips on my thumbs so they came off the same night. On top of that my nails were filed horribly, very crooked. They look so bad. I wasted my money. Don't waste yours.

I did a new set of pink & whites which cost me $65.00. It took the nail technician about 2 hours to get it done and was just doing a sloppy job. So much so that when she was done, there was pink and white gel all over my hands and fingers. Despite the ruff start and because they were actually very nice, I allowed her to finish and it looked great. That very night, I noticed the the gel was lifting from almost all of my nails! The next morning, I went and asked for my money back because it was obvious that the nail tech did not know what she was doing and had me pay for something they had no experience with. She refused to give me my money back and kept pulling me by my hand (quite hard) telling me that she would fix it. I asked her what she would be doing different that day that she didnt do the day before that caused the gel to be lifting from almost all of my nails. She didnt respond. She then said she could give me credit for my next eyebrow waxing, which they hadn't done correctly either. Who pays $65.00 for an eyebrow waxing?? It was very unprofessional and I will certainly never go back there again!
