Angel Tips Nail Spa

So disappointed with this nail salon. Went in Wednesday for a gel manicure first problem was my appointment was not in the book. They did my nails came out okay, wasn't completely satisfied but whatever. The next day I see 3 nails cracked, next day 6 nails cracked. Go back in today to get a refund because I refuse to have them do my nails when I know they work won't be good. They refused me refund and when I said I won't be coming back that said "okay bye". TERRIBLE SERVICE. Do not go there!

Always a great job

Won't go back. The nail techs all wore dirty white smocks that looked like they've never been laundered. I question the cleanliness.

I had a bad experience here. I asked for a spa pedicure. The technician- Grace- was rushed. She placed scalding towels on my legs which caused me considerable pain. I complained but she was till rushed and very rough. She filed the skin off my callus causing me to bleed. She spent 2 minutes tops on the nail painting.
This was not relaxing a all.
Manager defended this technician. Offered 5 dollars off next pedicure. YEAH RIGHT.
Polish was chipped the very next day.
