I'm always on the hunt for good Caribbean food. This place has very good jerk chicken and very good curry shrimp. The Jamaican patties are what stand out. The absolute best I've ever eaten in New York. Some of my friends prefer them with the coco bread (I don't), but there's no disagreement on the basic issue: this place has fantastic patties that are only $1.50.
