I called Andrea Car Service to request a ride to JFK Airport from the Bronx. Andrea Car Service claims to serve all of NYC on their very uninformative website, but the very rude dispatcher I spoke to told me that they do not serve my section of the Bronx. I'm not upset about the fact that they do not serve the Bronx. I am upset, however, that the dispatcher I spoke to hung up on me not once, but twice when I asked him where exactly Andrea Car Service was based. I'm not sure how their in-car service is, but the experience I had with this dispatcher was not at all pleasant.

This people make me wait two times not ones twice for 30 minutes and they never send it is bullshit and unprofessional this people are the worst car service I have come across don't use this is the worst company in queens...

Used Andrea Car Service twice from Manhattan to Newark Airport. Drivers show up on time, and they're friendly. The charge was the same as a taxi (less than any car service I called) with decent vehicles. I'll use them every time I go to NYC!

Got great service, no problems, fair prices and very responsive to my travel needs. I highly recommend them to anyone. Make a reservation if you can, and relax, they will be there on time, or early.

DON'T USE THIS SERVICE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I call yesterday aug 11 2012 they told me the rate will be only $55 plus tolls, from manhattan to newark airport, but when we get the airport the driver (his name was Mahamad) told me it was $75 plus tolls for a total of 95! i told him in the office told me it was less but he told that it was a mistake! DONT USE THIS SERVICE BE AWARE!
