Terrible store, you should all stay away unless you like people to destroy your shoes and get aggressive and yell at you.

These people destroyed a very expensive pair of shoe, when I respectfully complained the large guy in the store yelled at me very aggressively and made me feel threatened so I paid and left. Stay away from this store at all cost.

Andrade Shoe Repair went above and beyond. The service and attention to detail was great. Its always nice to deal with people who know their craft and take pride in their work. I would recommend this shop to anyone in NYC that needs fast service, quality work and amazing customer service.
