THE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER, CARMEN, IS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND NOT TO MENTION POLITE AND HELPFUL. I RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE IN NYC TAKE A TRAIN TO THE STORE OR A BUS BELIEVE ME ITS WORTH IT!
