Great intimate space for events. The boxing ring could be higher for a better view.

Went to see Jill Scott and did not enjoy the show because it was extremely hot. No overhead fans only air conditioning in the rest room. The acoustics were extremely loud at some instances which compromised you understanding what was being said/song. It also rained and some of the rain made its way inside the venue. You could also feel the mist from the rain while seated in the middle.
Whom ever designed this really didnt much much thought into it. It appears to be a slab of concrete with chairs and a rubber tent as the covering. I dont think ill go there to see anyone else.
