AMF Lanes

The desk is the worst. Some of the same comments I must repeat. The front desk is ridiculous. They don't even know their peak hours. They have one register open on a Valentine's Sunday. After coming back for a second game with my son on my arms. She gave my spot to party of nine and I stood there for 15 minutes with my son biting my ear while my party of four went unconscious... Until they get get their act together my rating states the same but the place to bowl here won't come around for another year.

Did you see what these dumbasses did they add 3 pictures of the same women on the bigger walls hey look nana is watching you now. when did they stop caring i hope they go broke with these stupid investments what a joke of a bowling alley. just mind blowing on stupidity
Alright its time to tell the world on the disappointment the place has become to the viewer who is reading listen carefully. But where do I begin? There so much with this alley i might end up writing a novel. So Ladies and Gentlemen let me tell you a story on how a good bowling alley went to bad. The first problem with this bowling alley is how nasty the staff is, you ask amnistar why is the staff nasty? Good question let me begin with the lowest position to the highest.The Lane Servers or Waitresses, to begin these people should be stating there name and how i may be of help or are you in need of any assistance. If they said this the world would stop rotating and God would make that person an angel, wellll in this bowling alley there is not that friendly attitude some of these waitresses have a (snotty) attitude and are very disrespectful. Few examples are skipping the customer which is main problem these ladies have. i was once in a party of 6 coming to the alley to have a blast. The waitress who served skipped us we as a group thought that was a nasty move and we actually had to track her down the only way we could identify her was that she had her hair braided in two pieces. Once we found her and told her our order we were half way finished with our games. When we got the food and drinks it was so late. The food was cold the drinks were wrong she never even apologized to us for such a delay hell we didnt give her any tip for her serves. That my friends was the first time the second time we had a different lady who did even give us our food she actually went M.I.A we had to do it our selves. Alright enough with that lets move on to the super slow counter.

When I saw Slow i mean a turtle beats this desk in a land races. Whats the point of have 2 registers. An hour wait is normal here At WALLINGTON LANES. OH YEAH did i mention you need to cross the Sahara Desert just to get to the main desk. Moses would not even want to go bowling if we was told this. No matter who is on the counter they are slow with a big party you get one lane I popped my eyes out because it was never like this never and i mean never. I used to bowl here for a summer league but i stopped since the place changed hands. THIS IS IMPORTANT BOYS AND GIRLS BECAUSE ONCE YOU WALK IN THE PLACE IS LIKE A LUCKY STRIKE RIP OFF A CLUB. THIS ALLEY DOES NOT FEEL FAMILY FRIENDLY THEY REDESIGNED SO ITS LIKE A CLUB FEELING. Which i believe is wrong. YOU COME TO THE BOWLING ALLEY TO BOWL NOT TO PARTY IT UP THERE TWINS GO GOS FOR THAT IF YOU WAN TO PARTY IT UP. The took away everything that was once wallingotn lanes which is a disappointment. THIS USED TO BE HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!!!!!!!!! Now it is not the staff should all get laid off bring in new people so they can fix this mess that was created.

My last point is the man who were's the hat you own me a new ball my friend. The ball return are so old that they don't even work half the time the excuse this hat guy gave was oh the balls are too cold how. I have a locker downstairs don't give me BS because your job is on the line if they are broken replace them instead of putting money on making it look like a club. Oh and why are you testing the ball return with my balls did you ask hey sir may I use your balls. Lastly this is this place doesn't feel like a bowling alley the lights and paint and floor its all trash. the prices are TOO DAMN HIGH compared to other allies and the shoes are destroyed the most important things are broken.

Wallington Lanes is not Wallington Lanes no more never will it be the same as it use to be. The Old Wallingotn Lanes used to care and use to be a kind place with a staff who even remembered your name now they do not. A little thing is smoking should away from the doors and should be done on street level.

These guys ruined one of the best pro shops in the area. How do you look at a bowling alley that doesnt care about bowling. How embarrassing does it look for a bowling alley not to have a pro shop. Before of being treating like a 3rd class citizen. They don't care about you they want your hard earned money if they did games would be cheaper and the place wouldn't look like a nightclub

Here at wallington lanes and we don't care about you. We just want your money that's why we're so expensive compared to other places. Revenue revenue revenue that's all we care about. Oh the lanes broke and the arcade still doesnt wrok say bye bye to your money and Billy is crying oh bo who we don't care give us your money that's all we want. See we don't care about bowling we just want to be club were employees can allowed to bring drugs to work because it's ok to do it during work hours. Oh you are color blind not our problem we did specifically red and black so you can have seizures. We just want your money so we can turn this place to a club like we had planned we just need more of your money. We are so rude that we purposely have rude employees to not be nice or bring your orders. We at wallington lanes or what ever our name is just care about profit. We put an arcade for you silly children in front of our doors for your money. Oh your elderly well walk all the way to the back were we purposely moved our desk. We purposely moved our desk to the kitchen walk just in case we get a fire so we can get more money and ruin your experience bowling. Do we care NO. Do are lanes work half the time NO. Our shoes we give you might fall apart but do we care NO. Do we care about having normal lights NO. Do we care that our lane computers are broken OH HELL NO WE DONT. But we care about our bar and at 4 we put the club lights on just to piss ppl off. We only care about your money that's all. Oh our customers are so silly.

I came here to this bowling alley. If I might say well damn this club stanks. The lane computers are about to fall off the sofas they got to replace good quality chairs that didn't break are gone those sofas look like they were there for 15 years holes everywhere. The employees are rude. Especially the event host and lane servers and the ppl who work on the lanes. Everyone sucks. It's sad to see that in a few years this place will be gone not many ppl like it oh they if you noticed the paints peeling of the walls so there's that. What they did is they wanted to bring a club vibe to a family place it's sad that in the last few years the alley went from hit home runs to hit players with bats instead if balls. Many leagues complain it's to dark. I remember that this place used to have bright colors to bring every age group now it's a different story. Since 2013 wallington lanes became a less place to come to after school. It's a shame that people are stupid enough to spend a fortune coming here. I came last Sunday my lane servers was as high as a kite her eyes matched the polo she was wearing. Come guys you should have hired people with respect to others and to them selves. This place is an embarrassment to come really is.

I hate this place. It's not original wanna know why because all of the locations bowlmor has did that same redesign to all there alleys. Wanna know a fun fact bowlmor the company that bought put wallington filed for bankruptcy not to long ago.

This bowling alley is a ripoff. You need to have a good job just to pay for these overpriced games. You get ripped off coming here food and game wise and shoe wise you'll be broke if you come here. My suggestion is people who want to bowl PLEASE visit lodi lanes and north Arlington lanes because they have cheaper prices on everything wallington lanes might the br one of the most expensive bowling alleys in nj

They're customer service is unorganized. I went to pay for another game and a girl jumped in front of me and the guy gave our lane away to her and her party and when I went to say something he ignored me. The food I ordered came out wrong i sent it back and it was half cooked. I used to come here a lot but now I don't think I want to.
