Very poor service, no one is answering the phones and when someone do answer she gets on the phone and tells you to hold and never comes back on the line. I was told that my barrel and box will be in Guyana in three days it is going towards two weeks and my barrels cannot be delivered. The person receiving was called to pick up the barrel and the box and then told there is nothing there for her because the plane broke down. I am not pleased because I paid $220.00 for three days and I could of paid $110.00 for two weeks with another shipping company, am I gonna be compensated for the misunderstanding.

My experiences with Amerijet is always outstanding.The staff at (Utica Ave branch)where i conduct my business is always helpful,my cargo gets to its destination in a timely manner and is alway damage free.I referred several people to the company and have not heard any complaints.
